This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") governs the processing of personal data of users of the onemoreword platform for learning English vocabulary, as well as the web pages available under the domain name "onemoreword.app" (collectively, the "Services").

Website means the website available under the domain name "onemoreword.app".

You (User) means any individual who uses the functionality of the Services and has reached the legal age required under the laws of their country of citizenship to enter into agreements such as our Terms of Service; or an individual acting as the legal representative of a minor (parent, guardian, or trustee) who accepts the Terms on behalf of the minor, grants the minor permission to use the Services, and is responsible for the minor's compliance with the Terms.

4.4. We do not store bank card numbers, payment credentials, or other sensitive payment information of users:

(1) Payment security for transactions made on the Website is provided by YooMoney NKO LLC. All information transmitted during payment processing is treated as strictly confidential.

(2) When making payments in app stores such as Google Play, App Store, AppGallery, or RuStore, you accept the applicable terms of use and privacy policies of those platforms.

4.5. We do not store first names, last names, patronymics, or phone numbers. However, such information may be requested by payment providers or app stores and may then be stored by them according to their own terms and privacy policies.

5. Processing, Storage, and Protection of Data

5.1. "Processing" means any action performed in relation to your personal data. This includes, at a minimum, storage, modification, retrieval, disclosure, structuring, use, destruction, and similar operations.

5.2. We process your personal data only for the following purposes and on the following legal bases:

  • Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase A/B Testing, and Google Analytics for Firebase for analytics and product improvement;
  • Firebase Remote Config so that we can adjust certain parameters of the onemoreword platform without releasing a new app version;
  • Google AdMob to display advertising, including third-party advertising, within the app in accordance with our Terms of Service;
  • Google Play to distribute our Services and support related user data handling.

6.2. Your personal data may also be transferred to a legal entity formed as a result of the reorganization of PETR VLADIMIROVICH LUKOVKIN (Tax ID 631937258158), where such transfer is necessary to continue providing the Services.

6.3. Please note that disclosure of your personal data may be required by law, court proceedings, legal process, or requests from public authorities in your country of residence or in another jurisdiction. We may also disclose personal data when necessary for national security, law enforcement, protection of the rights and legitimate interests of the Operator or third parties, or other important public-interest purposes.

9. Final Provisions

9.1. This Policy may be amended or supplemented at any time while the Services are operating. In that case, we will publish a notice within the Services along with the updated version of the Policy and its adoption date.

9.2. This Policy constitutes an agreement between us and the User regarding the use of the Services and supersedes any prior written or oral agreements relating to such use.

9.3. If any provision of this Policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

9.4. Failure to require strict compliance with this Policy does not mean that we waive any provision or right under it.

9.5. If this Policy is made available in languages other than Russian and there is any discrepancy between language versions, the Russian version shall prevail.
